The tank shell is made from ColorBond, Zincallume, high tensile Steel sheet which are coated with cream color and laser cut and CNC rolled and bolted together to form the tank shell.

The inner liner is made of American Technology Liner  which has a stretch factor of 250% and can withstand tremendous pressure.

High tensile galvanized nut bolt with tamper proof plastic caps to avoid rust and manual opening of the bolts once tightened.

The fittings will be CNC machined and hot dipped galvanized to avoid corrosion and has a life expectancy of 65 years .

These tanks have liquid seals to make sure the fittings are leak proof.

HDPE tanks are designed as per DVS 2205 German standard using Rita 3.1 Tank building software.

The temperature tolerance of HDPE tanks is up to 100oC.

These tanks can handle highly corrosive chemicals like acids, alkalis, effluents, etc.
