What we are offering is a ‘complete eco-system’ as follows

  1. Verband der Automobilindustrie e.V. License: 

We hold a global Verband der Automobilindustrie e.V.  license under Blue Basic with full audit  responsibilities and capabilities. This means that we not only can legally sub-license world-wide of our Verband der Automobilindustrie e.V.  approved status but can also audit for Verband der Automobilindustrie e.V.  compliance in any AdBlue® production facility, including that operated by third parties. Needless to say this means that we will ensure that all facilities operated by us will be fully Verband der Automobilindustrie e.V.  compliant as per its audit requirement over regular periods. 

  1. Equipment Manufacturing and maintenance capabilities: 

We have in Bluebasic srl, a well-established equipment maker  that produces and maintains highly acclaimed design and quality machines for over 20 years in Europe . Please the attached references of our ‘blue chip ‘ customer base from multi-lateral institutions (like UNO & NATO), Government entities as well as all the oil majors (Shell, Total, Eni, BP etc.) and National Oil Cos such Adnoc ENOC etc. We are also in Joint Venture on project basis with global equipment manufacturers such as Caterpillar . 

Specific to AdBlue® machines Blue Basic has designed and trademarked all the main AB systems, bulk stations, trolleys and other accessories for many years. All the equipment that we supply are produced in-house in our Bluebasic srl plants in Italy and maintained by the same worldwide with a 24 – hour service support.

  1. Urea: This is key raw material for the production to AdBlue®, the other being demineralised water. With our growing volume we are now establishing a global supply hub to source directly from major Urea producers worldwide on a bulk purchase, Long term , off-take basis to facilitates best purchase pricing for our customers, our partners and ourselves. We also put together hedging arrangements for aggregate purchase to protect against the volatility in the commodities market.

4. Technology Transfer: We have the world’s best Technology to Manufacture DEF up to Verband der Automobilindustrie e.V.  standards, as per ISO 22241.
